Jakiś czas temu, dzięki GreatDee, wpadłam na pomysł, aby stworzyć serię wzorków o tematyce "Dookoła świata". Kocham podróże, ale nie stać mnie na nie, więc podróżuję mentalnie ;) Czytam książki podróżnicze, zbieram widokówki z całego świata, nawet studiuję Turystykę ;) Postanowiłam więc zaprosić Was na manicure'ową podróż po interesujących zakątkach świata! Od czasu do czasu będę Was zabierać w kolejne miejsca :) Tak więc dziś, siódmym już przystankiem w naszej podróży są...

   

 China! Let's walk along the Great Wall, pray in a traditional temple, feed cute baby panda (he likes bamboo!) and... oh, run away from this dragon, we can't be sure if he's friendly!
To be honest, I'm not proud of this manicure, it's nothing spectacular this time. Well, base blue polish is Sensique Summer 2011 - 251 Sea Breeze and green polish - China Glaze - Starboard. Temple's roof is painted with Essence Metallics TE - 02 Copper rulez!, background is Essence Colour&Go - 34 Walk of Fame, and lanterns - Miss Sporty - 303. The Great Wall of China is Essence Colour&Go - 34 Walk of Fame and Barbra Colour Alike - 12 Caffee Macchiato. Panda's white parts and dragon's tooth are Italian Beauty - French polish, black elements and dragon's eyes are GCOCL Black Stamping Polish. Dragon's skin is Miss Sporty - 303, and fire is OPI - Off with her red.

Chiny! Przejdźmy się wzdłuż Wielkiego Muru, zwiedźmy tradycyjną świątynię, nakarmmy słodką malutką pandę (lubi bambusa!) i... oj, uciekajmy lepiej przed smokiem - nie możemy być pewni, czy jest przyjazny!
Szczerze mówiąc, nie jestem dumna z tego manicure'u. Tym razem nie wyszło mi nic ciekawego. Cóż, bazowy niebieski lakier to Sensique Summer 2011 - 251 Sea Breeze, a zielony - China Glaze - Starboard. Wow, it's a pure wildness! All these climbers around us make this place so mysterious... Can you see something behind them? I think it's a ruin of ancient temple... This jungle looks like untrodden for a long time, but... just one little boy lives here. His name is Mowgli, do you know him? He's so brave - he isn't scared of all local animals - tigers, snakes... Well, he's afraid of us, so let's go back to our camp...

Wow, to czysta dzicz! Wszystkie te pnącza dookoła nas czynią to miejsce bardzo tajemniczym... Czy widzicie coś za nimi? To chyba ruiny przedwiecznej świątyni... Ta dżungla wygląda na nietkniętą przez człowieka, ale mieszka tu pewien mały chłopiec. Ma na imię Mowgli, znacie go? Jest taki dzielny - nie boi się tutejszych zwierząt - tygrysów, węży... Ale chyba boi się nas, wracajmy więc do naszego obozu...

Wymienianie wszystkich użytych lakierów jest najmniej przyjemną rzeczą w tej serii... I'm a Disney Princess! (Nail Art)

If I have to be honest - I'm sooo proud of myself because of this manicure ;) I doubted I'm able to make something like that on my own nails but I surprised myself ;) Well, I'm a huge Disney-freak, believe me ;) I know every single song from old Disney's movies - these new ones are just pathetic for me - poor Walt turns in his grave... I love Pocahontas, Lion King, Mulan, Little Mermaid, Tarzan, Hunchback of Notre-Dame, Spirit, Sleeping Beauty, Winnie the Pooh... Awww, I love them all! You should treat this manicure as a foretaste of upcoming Nail Art Contest on this blog - of course, theme will be "Disney"! ;)

Alternative Alice (Nail Art)

I had a big problem - what design will fit to this polish? Then I decided to make this one - for some delicate effect. For real it's much more visible, but on that photo is quite true. And here you can see another face of Alice - more shiny - photo is made in a full sun. How do you like it? The base is here of course OPI - Absolutely Alice. For stamping I use (as usual ;)) Essence Eclipse TE - 04 Hide, Bella, hide and Bundle Monster plate No. BM20. Tomorrow I'll show you how to remove glitter like that.

Miałam spory problem - jaki wzorek zrobić na tym lakierze? Wreszcie zdecydowałam się na ten - dla delikatnego efektu. Na żywo jest bardziej widoczny, ale foto to nieźle oddaje. I widzicie tu drugą twarz Alicji - bardziej błyszczącą, bo zdjęcie jest robione w pełnym słońcu. Jak Wam się podoba? Baza to oczywiście OPI - Absolutely Alice. Do wzorków użyłam (jak zwykle ;)) Essence Eclipse TE - 04 Hide, Bella, hide i płytki Bundle Monster nr BM20. Jutro pokażę Wam, jak bezproblemowo zmyć tego typu brokatowy lakier.

OPI - Absolutely Alice

 OMG, I absolutely love Absolutely Alice ;) It's my first glitter with no base ever and I know that I'm not a master of using it, but I really fell in love to this effect! As I wrote, this is only glitter, with no base colour. Glitter is mostly blue, but also golden. I have three coats on my nails. There're any problems with an aplication - it spreads evenly, with no empty places, dries very fast... The only disadventage what I found is its roughness, but one single layer of some top coat fixes this matter :) (I added my top coat after taking these pictures, so here this polish is still rough ;)) OK, I repeat: I LOVE YOU, ALICE!

Ojjj, absolutnie zakochałam się w Absolutely Alice ;) To mój pierwszy glitter bez żadnej bazy i wiem, że nie jestem mistrzem w używaniu takowych, ale naprawdę pokochałam ten efekt! Jak pisałam, to sam brokat, bez żadnej kolorowej bazy. Brokat jest w większości niebieski, przeplatany złotym. Na paznokciach mam 3 warstwy. Nie ma żadnych problemów z aplikacją - rozprowadza się równomiernie, bez żadnych pustych plamek, schnie bardzo szybko. Jedyna wada jaką znalazłam to jego szorstkość, ale jedna warstwa jakiegoś top coata załatwia sprawę :) (Ja dodałam ją u siebie po zrobieniu zdjęć, więc tu widzicie je jeszcze szorstkie ;)). OK, więc powtarzam: ALICJO, KOCHAM CIĘ!

Ladybirds' plague! (Nail Art)

OK, I know that ladybirds are summer motive too, but I miss this season! And this base color is so... ladybird ;) What do you think? Manicure is, well, cute and catches the eye. Now, when I can take much better pictures, I have to be much more precise and careful with my manicures - I will work on it ;) OK, so the base polish is here OPI - Off with her red, stamped with My Secret - 121 and Bundle Monster plate No. BM13. How do you like it? And what do you think about my pictures quality "before" and "after" buying the new camera? ;)

OK, wiem, że biedronki to też letni motyw, ale tęsknie za latem! A kolor bazowy jest taki... biedronkowy ;) Jak myślicie? Manicure jest słodki i przykuwający uwagę. Teraz, kiedy mam lepsze fotki, muszę być bardziej precyzyjna i staranna przy pazurkach - popracuję nad tym ;) OK, więc bazowy lakier to OPI - Off with her red, stemplowany z lakierem My Secret - 121 i płytką BM nr BM13. Jak Wam się podoba? I co powiedzie o jakości zdjęć "przed" i "po" zakupie aparatu? :)

OPI - Off with her red

  I already have my new camera and I'm still testing it so these photos aren't perfect, but I think they are much better that all the others on my blog ;) I have bought Olympus SP 350, used, but looks and works like a perfectly new, and I've found really good offer. I love it! Well, today I want to present you my first OPI polish. Now I know why this brand is so popular! It's so weird fact for me - normally, I don't like red on nails. But this is the next red polish what I really like! This color is a bright, pure red, for me similar to Avon Nailwear - Real Red. Consistency is great, application - so comfortable! Two coats are enough to cover all the nail. Polish doesn't make any problems, looks on the nail very smooth and shiny (but on the photos I've got a top coat too).

Mam już nowy aparat i nadal się go uczę, więc te fotki nie są idealne, ale myślę, że i tak są duuużo lepsze od wcześniejszych zdjęć na moim blogu. ;) Kupiłam Olympusa SP 350, używanego, ale działającego i wyglądającego jak świeżutka nówka, no i udało mi się znaleźć go w okazyjnej cenie. Już go kocham! Cóż, a na dzisiaj mam dla was mój pierwszy lakier OPI. Teraz wiem, czemu ta marka jest taka popularna! To dziwny fakt jak dla mnie - normalnie nie lubię czerwieni na paznokciach, a ta jest już kolejną, która mi się podoba. Ten kolor to jasna, czysta czerwień, wg mnie podobna do Avon Nailwear - Real Red. Konsystencja jest świetna, a aplikacja baaardzo wygodna. Dwie warstwy wystarczają do pokrycia paznokcia. Lakier nie robi żadnych problemów, pazurki wyglądają gładko i lśniąco (choć ja na zdjęciach mam też warstwę top coata).
